Principal’s message
Saroj Nalini Govt. Aided Primary Teachers’ Training Institute was founded in the memory of Late. Saroj Nalini Dutt by her renowned husband Late. Gurusaday Dutt (IAS in British India) in the year 1935.
Students come in this Institute from different districts of West Bengal to acquire knowledge of the teaching learning process through the D.El.Ed course.
Beside teaching learning process they also involved various activities like Cultural Programmes, Hand work exhibition (based on the subject Art & Craft), Social awareness Programmes beautification of Institute ( plantation and various inside decoration), Creative writing (wall magazine publishing), Debates, Seminers etc.
All lecturers of Saroj Nalini Primary Teachers’ Training Institute always try to develop the students’ skill of teaching practically and theoritacally. The curriculam of the Primary Teachers Training (D.El.Ed course) is successful through the good relationship between students and Lecturers/ Teachers/ Instructers.
I think after passing out all future teachers will be morally honest and kind hearted and sympathetic towards their students.
